What size should I order?
Please visit our size information page to find out the correct size for you.

How long will delivery of my order take?
Delivery in the Netherlands will take up to 3 business days and up to 10 business days in Europe.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click “Update Your Cart Total”.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country within Europe. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change this?
We ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. We cannot ensure an address change after this point. However, please e-mail us right away at info@neverregret.nl, (within a 24 hour period) with the updated address. We will do our best to change it. If the change is not made and the address is invalid, it will be returned to us. Once it arrives we will reach out to you about reshipment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Most common used payment methods are accepted. You can pay by:
PayPal – The most used online wallet. PayPal is one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world.
Credit Card – The most used payment method online worldwide. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and more.

Are those payment methods secure?
We use Mollie to handle all payments. Mollie securely shares your transaction information with us, just so we know the status of the payment, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information. More information about Mollie can be found here.

Can I collaborate with Never Regret?
We work together with friends, bands or handpick the artists we would like to work with. If you’re in a band or have a cool idea for a collaboration, you can always contact us.

Why do you donate to Save The Rhino foundation?
The rhino stands for strength, power and confidence. It’s one of our favourite animals and it connects with the Never Regret lifestyle: Believe in yourself and don’t regret anything you do, in the end it makes you who you are.

We donate 1 euro of each sold item to the Save The Rhino foundation. Rhinos are facing an escalating poaching crisis at the moment and unless something dramatic is done to protect them they will go extinct in the wild. Save The Rhino funds loads of acitvities to support the rhino and stop poachers. More information can be found here.

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?
Never Regret cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment.

You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost or stolen parcels.

My order is being returned to sender. What should I do?
If your order is being returned due to insufficient address, you will need to e-mail us an updated address. Once your package arrives back to us, we will reach out to you for an additional reshipment fee. If a refund is requested please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

I would like to return a product. What should I do?
Every product that we send is explicitly checked, however, if you are not satisfied with your order it can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of receipt. Please use the contact form to arrange an exchange/return.

Items must be returned as new, unworn and free from odours.

We recommend returning items via a tracked shipping service with the full name & email address associated with your order included in the package to prevent any delays in refund/exchange.
